Yes - we did. They do not notify you online if your web payment is unsuccessful and if you are not paying attention to the actual withdraw - which is the whole point of SCHEDULING it you should have to - you will get late fees and possible foreclosure even when their "web payments" do not even ATTEMPT to withdraw. DO NOT USE THE WEB PAYMENTS. It is not functioning and they deny any culpability in that. And they NEVER notify you that it never tried to withdraw the funds from your checking account - especially if it is NOT a BOA account.
I have had a couple of BOA acounts for 5+ years. Never late on payments or overdrawn on my credit limit. Having the same problem with web payment not posting. I have two BOA accounts, one posted the other did not. I made both payments on Jan 1st. Called BOA on line 42 minutes and transferred 3 times and was about to be transeferred back to the department that had just transferred me to this rep. Refused to be transferred again. The last rep I spoke with said they were having problems with web payments posting and that he had taken several calls regarding the same issue. He said he had to turn it over to be researched and that I needed to call back in 3 days for the results of the research. Then they would credit my account the late fees, not increase my interest rates etc. If they have a known problem with the web payments why are the reps not empowered to make things right with the customer on the first call? Its no wonder BOA is deemed the worst company in on the planet.
